A tough, mostly-stationary dweller of Caverns, usually found in small clusters. It has no eyes, and it doesn't need any.

Can pay out more in a region a high-level player discovered first.

Behavior

Won't chase far, but attacks unprovoked if you wander too close, and its bite poisons you — real damage that keeps ticking for a minute, lingering even after the monster itself is dead. If that poison alone finishes you off, it lowers your max HP by 5, which comes back 1 point per hour. Keep some distance if you're not ready for a real fight.
