Infuse 3 bars into an owned Weapon or Armor at a Manor's Workshop. Infused into a Weapon: 15% chance on a hit to reduce the target's defense by 4 for 60 seconds. Infused into Armor: 10% chance when hit to reduce the attacker's attack by 3 for 60 seconds.
