Infuse 3 bars into an owned Weapon, Sub-weapon, or Armor at a Manor's Workshop. Infused into a Weapon: 40% chance on a hit to slow the target's movement by half for 30 seconds. Infused into Armor or Sub-weapon: 30% chance when hit to slow the attacker's movement by half for 30 seconds.
