Urban Development Hat

A city planner's hard hat — purely cosmetic, no combat stat of its own.

Weight: 0.5kg

Where to Get It

Awarded automatically, once a week, to the Mayor of whichever City spends the most City Coins that week. Delivered via a claimable Mail message.

What It's For

Equip it in the Hat slot. Shows on your character for every other connected player to see too.
